Because of your generosity, The Rotary Foundation has funded 457 District Grants and 1,488 Global Grants this Rotary year. These grants empower Rotarians to respond to urgent needs, strengthen communities, and build a more hopeful future.
Here in CNY Rotary, your support has helped bring clean water and sanitation to communities in Uganda, India, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Liberia. It has provided life-saving medical equipment in India, Kenya, Egypt, and Thailand; supported affordable housing projects in India; expanded maternal healthcare in Uganda and Ethiopia; helped combat human trafficking in Vietnam; equipped schools in Uganda; and funded a local initiative to reduce deaths from opioid overdoses through expanded access to Narcan. And, of course, your continued support remains critical to Rotary's ongoing effort to eradicate polio once and for all.
These projects are more than grants. They represent healthier families, stronger communities, expanded opportunities, and hope for a better future. None of this would be possible without your generosity and your belief in Rotary's ability to make a difference.
