Welcome to our brand new Club Administration page, where we hope to provide helpful resources for all of your club service activities. This should be the first place you look if you need help with ClubRunner, My Rotary or Rotary Club Central, insurance, taxes, budgets, etc.
 
As volunteers dedicated to serving your fellow members, peruse these resources as needed, but never hesitate to reach out to the support people we list on this page. There is no reason you should reach a point of frustration when navigating things online or hitting roadblocks in your important work. There are so many of us here to help, so please contact us whenever needed!

Administrative To-Do's
As we enter the final quarter of the 2025-26 Rotary year, consider these activities for your club's administrative to-do list:
  • Update your database by June 30 in order to ensure accurate invoices from CNY and Rotary International this summer
  • Make sure your club officers for next year are entered into ClubRunner as soon as they are confirmed
  • Check in on your goals in Rotary Club Central to provide any manual updates and see what you need to do to have a strong second half
  • Submit any donations to The Rotary Foundation or Polio Plus that your club has collected
 

LATEST NEWS

Dues for 2026-27

Dues for CNY Rotary will not increase and will remain at $35/member.
 
Empire Multi-District President Elect Learning Seminar (MD PELS) dues are still to be determine and will be announced soon!
 
Rotary International's dues will have the previously planned increase from $82 to $85.50 per member for 2026-27, which the Council on Legislation recently approved along with increases for the two more years to follow. From rotary.org:
Representatives approved a $3.50 increase in the dues that every Rotary member pays to Rotary International, and there will be increase of $3.75/member in each of the following two years. Please plan accordingly to maintain strong club finances.
